With Zephyr commit cc5763344709 ("Build system: disable
`OUTPUT_DISASSEMBLY` by default"), generation of zephyr.lst
is disabled by default.
Enable disassembly generation in SOF configuration as it is expected by
SOF builds rules for reproducible builds.
