Liam Girdwood 1931168185 pipeline: decouple IPC major from pipeline_new(). ... Decouple the IPC ABI major version from pipeline creation. This moves struct sof_ipc_pipe_new from the pipeline and replaces it with it's members (saving 8 bytes as no header is needed). Add new feature specific pipeline APIs to configure pipeline at creation. Additionally align testbench and UTs to API change.
