topology: sof-tgl-nocodec-ci: add dmic16k coverage
Add dmic16k to run on Core 0, this will help to cover DMIC dais on multi-core scenario (dmic 48k on core 2, dmic 16k on core 0). Also correct the comment w.r.t. DSP cores. Signed-off-by: Keyon Jie <yang.jie@linux.intel.com>
