Fix compile errors when disabling compile optimization

- 'OpenFile may be used uninitialized' in ExtLib
- 'undefined reference to memcpy' in FatLib
- 'Lasa/Laml may be used uninitialized' in TpmLib
- 'Adjust may be used uninitialized' in Stage2Support
