Fix GenCfgData tool which wrongly handle data bigger than one byte.
When config data define with size bigger than 1 byte in array, GenCfgData will parse as zero value. This patch to fix the issue. Signed-off-by: Teo, Boon Tiong <boon.tiong.teo@intel.com>
