Remove Stage2 and Payload support for Intel BootGuard
Stage2 and Payload are NOT verified by Intel BootGuard component. Instead, Slimbootloader verfifies Stage2 and Payload using SBL hash store. Signed-off-by: Agrawal <sachin.agrawal@intel.com>
