Subject: [PATCH 515/550] hyper_dmabuf/virtio: Process ioreq according to
bitmap
Vhm will record pending ioreqs of the vhm client into a bitmap,
then vhm client (like hyper_dmabuf) can process the ioreq directly
according to the bitmap.
