Enable the PXP ioctl action to allow userspace driver to query the PXP tag, which is a 32-bit bitwise value indicating the current session info, including protection type, session id, and whether the session is enabled. v2: Add fixes found by Google that could yield to possible kernel array overflow when user space is malicious or buggy.
