drm: Avoid circular dependencies for CONFIG_FB
When cleaning up other drm config dependencies, it is too easy to create larger problems. Instead, mark CONFIG_FB as a "depends": drivers/gpu/drm/Kconfig:74:error: recursive dependency detected!
