mptcp: update MIB_RMSUBFLOW in cmd_sf_destroy 

This patch increases MPTCP_MIB_RMSUBFLOW mib counter in userspace pm
destroy subflow function mptcp_nl_cmd_sf_destroy() when removing subflow.
