rtla/osnoise: Fix osnoise hist stop tracing message
rtla osnoise hist is printing the following message when hitting stop
tracing:
printf("rtla timelat hit stop tracing\n");
which is obviosly wrong.
s/timerlat/osnoise/ fixing the printf.
