Liu Long c2d85b13d6 DM: xHCI: Add Null pointer check in Set TR Dequeue command 
Add Null pointer check in Set TR Dequeue command handle function
 to avoid Null pointer exception. Fllow xHCI spec 4.6.10, for Set
 TR Dequeue pointer command, when the slot is not enabled the
 completion code should be Slot Not Enabled Error.

ACRN Device Model
#################

Introduction
============
The ACRN Device Model provides **device sharing** capabilities between the
Service OS and Guest OSs. It is a component that is used in conjunction with
the `ACRN Hypervisor`_ and this is installed within the Service OS. You can
find out more about Project ACRN on the `Project ACRN documentation`_ website.
