Junjie Mao ba2ea5503f config_tools: fix move_enablement in the upgrader The EnablementType is now obsolete and config items having this type have been updated to use the Boolean type. However, the upgrader is not changed accordingly and it still converts "y" or "n" of certain config items to "Enable" or "Disable". This patch drops the EnablementType in the schema and updates the upgrader to respect the latest definitions. Please run scenario_cfg_gen.py to generate board related configuration files.

usage: python3 scenario_cfg_gen.py [h] --board <board_info_file> --scenario <scenario_info_file>
positional arguments:
  board_info_file  : file name of the board info XML
  scenario_info_file  : file name of the scenario info XML
