Geoffroy Van Cutsem	8a5f25e835	Makefile: put 'serial.conf' in final location The 'serial.conf' file need to be put in /etc/, but it is currently being installed in $(libdir)/acrn/. We therefore ask the user to manually copy that file over to the /etc/ folder. This patch fixes that by installing 'serial.conf' directly there. Naveen Saini	b919122c34	use variables for installation directories. Don't hardcode install paths. Instead of hardcoding where binaries are installed, add variables that installer can override.
