Fix compilation issue when using gcc 10.x due to the "__packed"
attribute in acpi.h. Explicitly changing that to __attribute__((packed))
fixes the compilation error.

This patch prepares vRTCT for post-RTVM instead of
pass-thru native RTCT:
- Configurations are based on Service VM native RTCT.
- Remap vLAPIC IDs in vRTCT.
- Remap base address of SW SRAM memory regions
from HPA to GPA.
- HPA base of Software SRAM shall be parsed from PTCT
instead of hardcoding.

Since PSDS table format does not meet the expectations on all boards
providing a PSDS, such as e.g. Kontron COMe-mAL10 based boards, remove
exposure of PSDS table for now.

For the code which forwards the native power button event to
guest, they are not related with guest pm related operation
emulation. Move this part of code out of pm.c. And will make
the power button as one possible method to notify guest about
the shutdown operation.

To keep consistency between HV and DM about PM1A_CNT_ADDR,
it is better to replace the PM1A_CNT related MACROs used in DM
with VIRTUAL_PM1A_CNT related MACROs in acrn_common.h.

Expose a new ACPI table PSDS to UOS.
This PSDS table show the security capability of the VM.
Only enable this table in UOS when PSDS presented in SOS.

With the DSDT which include virtual _PSS/_PCT/_PPC objects, UOS should
have ACPI Px control capability if acpi cpufreq driver is enalbed in
kernel.
