Helmut Buchsbaum b673bc36b1 Makefile: honor BUILD_VERSION and BUILD_TAG 
Use BUILD_VERSION an BUILD_TAG variable also for hypervisor,
acrnprobe and crashlog. This eases build from an archive without
git available.

Helmut Buchsbaum 596f27bad3 Makefile: Make builds reproducible 
Make builds reproducible by honoring SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH and USER
environment variables in the respective Makefiles. Just follow the
recommendations at https://reproducible-builds.org/

Build tools (e.g. Debian packaging, Yocto) use this to ensure reproducibility
of packages.

Xie, nanlin 0ab5db9cf9 tools: rename and category content into debug tools and services 
1. Rename folder name with "_"
2. Category acrn_crashlog, acrn_log, acrn_trace into debug_tools folder and acrn_bridge, life_mngr, acrn_manager into services.
