We no longer need to generate API documentation for the upstreamed
gvt-g kernel additions so we can remove the doc generation dependency on
the acrn-kernel repo (and all use of the kerneldoc extension). We also
remove GVT-g API documentation and porting guide that are obsolete with
ACRN v2.6 and referenced this API documentation.

After grand update of all titles to use title-case, we found some more
that needed a manual tweak.

While we hoped to make the headings consistent over time while doing
other edits, we should instead just make the squirrels happy and do them
all at once or they'll likely never be made consistent.
A python script was used to find the headings, and then a call to
https://pypi.org/project/titlecase to transform the title. A visual
inspection was used to tweak a few unexpected resulting titles.

Attempt to replace all the variations of "pass-thru", "pass thru", "pass
through", and "pass-through" to be "passthrough" (except for doc labels
and in code or API uses)

Fix some stray UTF-8 punctuation and symbol characters, unnecessary
trademark symbols, and some misspellings missed during regular reviews.

Update the ACRN documentation to use the official name of GVT-g
in ACRN to "AcrnGT" (ACRN-GT was previously widely used).
Also update the few occurences of "GVT-G" to "GVT-g" to be
consistent across our documentation. This includes a couple of
file name updates.

https://github.com/projectacrn/acrn-kernel/pull/48 renamed functions
that were referenced in the GTG-g_api.rst document, causing the
documentation build to fail.

Transcode, review, and publish GVT-G porting guide documentation. Merged
glossary entries, added anchor links in GVT-g_api for referencing from
this document.
