doc: update Grub configuration instructions for Ubuntu (Service VM)
Update the "Using Ubuntu as the Service OS" tutorial to tweak the instructions pertaining to the Grub bootloader configuration. Specifically, update to reflect the content of '/etc/default/grub' in Ubuntu 18.04 and also make loading the Service OS kernel the default.
