DM: virtio-gpio: gpio initialization.

Add gpio initializaiton and gpio usage implementation

gpio usage:
-s <slot>,virtio-gpio,<gpio resources>

<gpio resources format>
<@chip_name{offset|name[=vname]:offset|name[=vname]:...}
[@chip_name{offset|name[=vname]:offset|name[=vname]:...}]
