fifo_reset -> reset_fifo
vuart_fifo_init -> init_fifo
vuart_setup - > setup_vuart
vuart_init -> init_vuart
vuart_deinit -> deinit_vuart
vuart_lock_init -> init_vuart_lock
vuart_lock -> obtain_vuart_lock
